Julia is a certified Holistic Health Coach who specializes in nutrition-focused lifestyle support and personalized meal planning. After years of struggling with burnout, food allergies/intolerances and digestive issues, she transformed her health through an anti-inflammatory diet, stress management, and intentional movement. Today, she shares her knowledge to help others feel their best, offering her clients practical guidance, supportive coaching, and nourishing, allergen-friendly recipes. The majority of her meals are gluten, dairy, and egg free, but she always offers flexible swaps to meet a variety of client diets and preferences. Through her work, Julia empowers clients to create lasting balance and sustainable wellness.
